High school friends
We met as teenagers in high school — friends first. The kind who laughed at the same jokes, lingered after class, and never thought to call it anything more.
2013 — 2024
A decade of waiting
More than ten years of friendship, patience, and quiet faith. A courtship that stretched across seasons, distance, and change — always choosing to stay close.
2025
Finally, us
After all those years, the waiting ended. What had always been there finally had a name, and we stepped into a relationship with the same ease we once shared a classroom.

The proposal
Later that same year, Eugene asked the question that had been waiting for over a decade. Marice said yes — and then we cried, and then we laughed.
